zindrew: This theme and extensions is riddled with bugs. Some of which are very obvious like typos. Unfortunately, in my case, our site is in development and is not in production. Gala's support, is equally as bad as their programming. First, they don't speak English very well, which is not necessarily an issue as long as points can be conveyed. Secondly, I sent them examples of error messages, like: Notice - undefined variable in header.phtml. Or SQL error in their extension, column cost not found. These are pretty blatent bugs, and I simply asked for them to provide a fix. And I explained that the site was not available globally. This was their response: "We are sorry, we can't find out the bug with this message, because Magento have many same message, please give us FTP account and Admin Magento."

craftcrave: When the system submits items, it puts in a "vote" but for some reason it doesn't seem to translate correctly. So the initial vote might be 4 which means you get the star rating from the system, but in reality it is only 1. So the first 2 votes will take it down. I can't work out how to fix this. The only solution is to make all initial votes 1. But then the ranking from the system doesn't work. I'll try to figure it out... sorry for this! M

mrsgcb: I don't understand the voting thing. Every time I vote up on the items she's offering it takes one away!
